Jennifer A. Grady, Esq. founded The Grady Firm, P.C. with the goal of helping solve problems for small and mid-sized businesses owners so that they can focus on managing and expanding their businesses. As a second-generation entrepreneur, Ms. Grady has a unique insight into overcoming the obstacles that small business owners face, and is able to use her background to help her clients reach their goals.
Prior to founding The Grady Firm, Ms. Grady practiced civil litigation in downtown Los Angeles, where she focused on civil litigation defense in the areas of employment law, business litigation, products liability, and personal injury defense.
Before practicing law, Ms. Grady obtained a Certificate in Dispute Resolution from the Straus Institute at Pepperdine Law School (ranked #1 in the nation), directed over thirty mediations in small claims court, and became a certified mediator. At Loyola Law School, she earned numerous accolades as a member of the Scott Moot Court Honors Board, and as a finalist at the Jessup International Moot Court Pacific Regional Competition.
Ms. Grady is fluent in Spanish, and studied abroad for a year at the Complutense University of Madrid. She enjoys traveling, outdoor sports, and photography. She has published numerous articles, reviews, and biographies for music magazines, websites, and record labels.
