Viktoria Bloomberg, Esq. is an attorney, international speaker, and lecturer. With a focus on U.S. immigration law, Ms. Bloomberg helps her clients with all types of non-immigrant and immigrant visas, and assists in the filing of Conditional Permanent Resident petitions and citizenship applications.
Ms. Bloomberg also has a wealth of public speaking experience, including at the United Nations in New York, and has lectured on international law, international human rights, and international humanitarian law to both undergraduates and graduates. She has received recognition as the best speaker in numerous conferences in the U.S. and abroad.
As part of her community outreach, Ms. Bloomberg provides guidance and support with VAWA (Violence Against Women Act) petitions, and other ways of protecting victims of domestic violence and spousal abuse. Viktoria has a passion to get all her clients the best possible result, and her interest in helping those in need drew the attention of the UC Hastings community, when in 2020, she received the Public Interest Achievement Award and the Outstanding Achievement in Pro Bono Award. She was also a recipient of the Snodgrass Moot Court Award, and was a Phillip Jessup International Law Moot Court Coach.
While earning her PhD in China, Ms. Bloomberg was the Co-Director and Chair of Model United Nations Conference “International Trade and Climate Change”, earned the “Best Speaker” award at Macau University United Nations Conference, and “Best Speaker” at Hong-Kong University United Nations Conference “Advancement of Women in Third World Countries”.
Ms. Bloomberg is based at the firm’s Newport Beach, CA office.
