Premium Processing Fees will ⬆ increase again on March 1, 2026.
This biannual change reflects the amount of inflation from June 2023 through June 2025. To obtain Premium Processing benefits, a Form I-907 and corresponding filing fees must be included with the Petition.
Premium Processing is a crucial opportunity to beat case processing backlogs. In most cases, adding Premium Processing fees will provide the applicant with a case decision (approval, denial, or Request for Evidence) within 15 business days.
Changes to the fees are as follows:
I-129 for H-2B and R-1 visas: From $1,685 ➡ $1,780
I-129 for certain nonimmigrant visas: From $2,805 ➡ $2,965
I-140 for certain immigrant visas: From $2,805 ➡ $2,965
I-539 for Application to Change/Extend status: From $1,965 ➡ $2,075
I-765 Application for Employment Authorization Document (EAD): From $1,685 ➡ $1,780
