The Grady Firm’s Partnership with Canadian Law Firm to Offer More Cross-Border Services

As a result of the delegation, The Grady Firm, P.C. will be partnering with a Toronto-based law firm on an of counsel basis to provide Canadian companies with the immigration, corporate, employment, and intellectual property services they need for cross-border engagement and expansion into the United States.  In tandem, the Canadian law firm will be able to assist U.S. companies expanding into Canada with their corporate, immigration, and real estate legal needs.

By offering immigration services in Canada, The Grady Firm will be able to provide creative solutions and alternatives to US immigration when an applicant does not qualify for a US visa.  For example, if an entrepreneur is unable to qualify for the E-2 visa or EB-5 visa, he or she can open and operate a business in Canada for one year, and then apply for the L-1A Intracompany Transferee Executive/Manager visa.  (Click here for a video about this visa.) For more information about this option, or other US visa alternatives, schedule a consultation with our cross-border attorneys.
